Built originally in 1969 and then renovated in the early 90’s and subsequently sold off by Homeswest to private owners, it is a gated secure community in good condition.

The complex is a large area of land containing gardens on site as well as a communal swimming pool and BBQ facilities.

There are 2 parking areas that host the units with a number of visitor bays.

The 36 units are split into two 2-tier buildings and one 3-tier building.

The residents are made up of a combination of owner-occupiers and rental tenants.
