Hi and thanks for visiting the Coralie Gardens Strata Website.

This is an informational portal designed for the Owners, Agents, and Residents of 14 Coralie Court in Armadale... otherwise known as Coralie Gardens.

The owners pride themselves in maintaining the best Strata Complex of its age.

Strata living is not for everyone and it is very different from a more common residential housing lifestyle. While it can be very rewarding, you have to be very conscious of your fellow residents and, because the complex is owned by 36 owners, there are a number of rules called bylaws that are in place that you wouldn't normally have in a house.

For those that live in a Strata and abide by the bylaws, the community lifestyle can be very rewarding.

As with any Strata Complex, Coralie Gardens is overseen by a Strata Company which is comprised of owners who make up the Council of Owners and a Strata Manager. These owners are unpaid volunteers who work with the Strata Manager to ensure a harmonious lifestyle within the complex and that everyone gets along.

The Council of Owners are responsible not only for upholding the bylaws and ensuring that everyone does the right thing but also coordinate all maintenance within the complex as well.

This forum has been designed to be used by Owners, Managing Agents, and Residents alike to become more informed of the bylaws and the Strata Titles Act that we all have to live by but also to keep up to date with what's going on in the complex and report back and ask questions.
