If you are a resident, owner, or agent associated with Coralie Gardens and you have not currently registered to use this portal, please make sure that you do so as soon as possible. We are no longer sending out paper documentation and all correspondence is now electronic. To help you keep up to date with what is going on at the Complex, please register using the link at the top right of the page. Registration is quick and easy and since this is now mandatory for all, please ensure that you get signed up as soon as possible. If you are an owner, please ensure that, if you have an agent and/or tenant, they sign up as well.

Adam - Chairman
Cailee - Secretary
Kelly - Treasurer
Adam is the current Chairman of the Council of Owners for Coralie Gardens.

Adam has been an ICT Manager for many large international companies for over 20 years.

He is also a qualified Project Manager and has managed many large scale projects over the years.

Adam is a long term owner within the complex as well as being a member of the Council of Owners for over 14 years.
Cailee is the current Secretary to the Council of Owners for Coralie Gardens.

Cailee is a Supervisor and runs a team of Traffic Controllers.

She is also well versed in garden design and customer service. She is qualified in Business Administration as well as Occupational Health and Safety and Risk Management.

Cailee and her partner Sam are owner occupiers within the Strata Complex and Cailee has served on the Council of Owners for the last two terms.
Kelly has been a small business operator for many years and currently works very closely with the NDIS. Prior to this she worked within the Medical Industry after leaving the Armed Forces.

Kelly is qualified in First Aid as well as Aquatics Facility Management.

Kelly is an owner occupier and was one of the first owners within Coralie Gardens when the Strata came into existence.

She has been on the Council of Owners in various roles during this entire time.



Ashlea - Council Member
Brett - Council Member
Wayne - Council Member
Ashlea has worked for a number of very large companies in both the Entertainment sector as well as in Retail. She is very well versed in Customer Service as well as Risk Management and Fire Safety.

Ashlea is a long term owner occupier within the complex and has been a long serving member of the Council during which time she has held the position of Treasurer for many of these terms.
Brett is a TAFE Lecturer teaching Aquaculture and also works as an Aquaponics/Hydroponics Technician. He has qualifications in Aquaculture and Logistics as well as experience in horticulture and customer service.

Brett is an owner occupier within the Strata Complex.
Wayne has a broad spectrum of experience with particular highlights in supervisory roles of commercial building maintenance.





Dyani - Strata Manager (Strata Links)
Dyani is the Strata Manager for Coralie Gardens.

Specialising in Strata Management since 2000, Dyani has an in-depth understanding of WA Strata Legislation as well as intimate knowledge of the management needs of mixed use and high-rise complexes.

Dyani is also an accredited member of Strata Community Australia (WA).
